Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
All custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
This includes printed signage, bespoke sizes, and custom designs.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, customers are required to notify us within 48 hours of delivery, supplying clear photographic evidence.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and are issued within 5–10 working days of approval.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returned items should be sent using a tracked delivery service.
